The experience begins early evening with a five-course tasting at Tides - paced, seasonal, and designed to sit comfortably before what follows.

From there, the shift is natural. As night settles in, the sanctuary takes on a different atmosphere. Warm pools, low light, and quieter surroundings create space to move slowly or simply stay still.

Back in the room, the evening winds down with little left to organise. Morning starts with buffet breakfast and a 30 minute couples massage the option to linger a little longer before leaving.
